Every VinylTuneIn Music Box is covered against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase, extendable to two years on request.

What's covered

  • The motorized turntable mechanism
  • The built-in speaker and battery
  • The NFC reader and disc-writing function
  • The magnetic mount

What's not covered

  • Damage from drops, water, or misuse
  • Normal wear on discs from daily use
  • Cosmetic scratches that don't affect function
How do I make a warranty claim?+
Email vinyltunein.service@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo or video if possible. We'll get back to you within one business day with next steps.
Does the warranty cover the discs themselves?+
Yes, defective discs (ones that fail to read or write) are covered and will be replaced free of charge within the warranty period.
